UPDATE: AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION IN TERMS OF 19.20(e) OF THE JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS

On 31 March 2023, the Company announced the availability of the audited financial
statements of the portfolios on the Company website. The Company further wishes to
advise that their audit reports were unqualified and there were no restatements of
the previous year’s annual financial statements.

The audited financial statement of the portfolios for the year ended 31 December
2022 are available on the Company website by using the following link:
