DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT QUARTER END 30 JUNE 2017
Investors are advised that the Manager and Trustee of Cloud Atlas (RF)
Proprietary Limited have declared a distribution to holders of AMI
Big50 ex-SA securities recorded in the register on Friday, 30 June
2017 in respect of the quarter ended June 2017.
An aggregated amount of 7.93161 ZAR cents (R 0.07931) per AMI Big50
ex-SA security is declared and payable on Wednesday 12 July 2017 as
follows:

a) Withholding tax deducted from foreign dividends was paid as
follows:
1. To the Tax authorities in Egypt (Egyptian Tax Authority),
Kenya (Kenya Revenue Authority), Morocco (The General Tax
Administration) and Tunisia (Tunisia Tax Authority).
2. Any reclaims/reimbursements, as a result of double tax
agreements, received by the fund for dividend withholding
tax on foreign dividends, will be reimbursed to investors
when they have been made available to the fund.
