Unitholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 21 July 2004  
and advised that the circular referred to therein was posted to Capital         
unitholders on Friday, 30 July 2004. The general meeting convened to approve the
acquisitions and the specific issue of units for cash will be held at 11h00 on  
Monday, 23 August 2004, at the offices of MCI Properties, 18 Acacia Road,       
Chiselhurston, Sandton.
