CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the board of directors of Metrofile Holdings is
pleased to advise shareholders of the appointment of
Mr Lebohang Storom (34)(BCom(Hons),CTA, MCOM, MBA) as a non-
executive alternate director to Mr Zaheer Abdulla, effective
26 March 2021.

Mr Storom is the Group Financial Manager of Mineworkers
Investment Company and previously Group Financial Manager of
Adcorp Holdings Limited and consultant at one of the big four
consulting firms. His commercial experience is in increasing
financial and operational efficiencies through new innovative
technologies.

The Metrofile Holdings board welcomes Mr Storom.
