NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES

Shareholders are hereby advised that RAC has received formal notification in the prescribed form
that Truffle Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“Truffle”) has, in aggregate, disposed of an
interest in the preference shares of RAC, such that the total interest in the preference shares of
RAC held by Truffle now amounts to 4.71% of the total issued preference shares of RAC.


As required in terms of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, RAC will file the required notices with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
