FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO BUSINESS UPDATE AND TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED
30 JUNE 2021

Shareholders of Imperial (“Shareholders”) are referred to the Business Update and Trading Statement
announcement released by the Company on SENS on 8 July 2021 (“Trading Announcement”).

Shareholders are advised that, as DP World Logistics FZE has made an offer to acquire all of the issued and to
be issued ordinary shares in the Company, other than such ordinary shares held by Imperial subsidiaries, as
announced by the Company on SENS on 8 July 2021, the Company’s auditors must report on the forecasts
contained in the Trading Announcement. The aforementioned report from the Company’s auditors, Deloitte &
Touche, is expected to be received on or about Wednesday, 14 July 2021 following which a further
announcement shall be made to Shareholders. Shareholders are advised to take this into account when
considering the Trading Announcement.
