CHANGES TO THE BOARD                                                            
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the      
following information is disclosed:                                             
The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Gavin Bowes has been appointed as     
the managing director of Sable with effect from 1 February 2007. Gavin has      
been the Financial Controller of Sable for the past 9 years, and has shown      
exceptional ability. The company wishes him all the best in his new role.       
The composition of the Sable board (following this appointment) is as           
follows:
