Sirius Real Estate, the leading operator of branded business parks providing conventional space and
flexible workspace in Germany, announces in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, the appointment of Anthony J. Gallagher, FCIS Solicitor as Group Company
Secretary, with effect from the close of business on 29 May 2020. Anthony has held a number of
senior company secretarial roles in FTSE companies, including as Company Secretary of Axis-Shield
PLC and for the past eight years, as Group Company Secretary of Diploma PLC. He replaces Neil J.A.
Tsappis, Interim Group Company Secretary, who left the Company at the end of his term on 29 May
2020.
