TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


Linked unitholders are advised that Resilient has received a notice in compliance with section 122 of the
Companies Act, 2008 and Regulation 121 of the Regulations thereto that The Resilient Education Trust, has
increased its beneficial interest in Resilient’s linked units to 5.36%.

The notice follows from the acquisition of 10 238 351 additional Resilient linked units by The Resilient
Education Trust, pursuant to a Resilient group BEE initiative, for which Resilient provided financial
assistance in terms of the authority granted to it by special resolution approved at its annual general 
meeting on 13 November 2013.
