Shareholders are further advised that one of the required regulatory approvals in respect of the Scheme has not been obtained from the relevant regulatory authority as yet, and accordingly, the salient dates and times published in the circular to shareholders posted on Friday, 30 October 2009 have been extended. A further announcement regarding the final dates and times of the Scheme will be released on SENS and published in the press in due course.
