MTN 2023 CAPITAL MARKETS DAY

Shareholders are advised that MTN is hosting the second day of its Capital Markets Day today, 1 June 2023
(from 09:00 CAT). Following the macro-focused day on 31 May 2023, members of MTN’s executive and
management team will be providing updates on progress made in the execution of our Ambition 2025 strategy,
as well as priorities and prospects.
