                      Investor Conference Presentation

Paul Feeney, Quilter plc Chief Executive Officer, is today presenting
virtually at the Goldman Sachs European Financials conference.

During his presentation, Paul Feeney will confirm that the trend in
Quilter’s net client cash flow (“NCCF”) in the second quarter to end-May
was consistent with that of the first quarter 2020. Quilter has continued
to benefit from positive NCCF each week throughout the year to date.
