The JSE has however indicated that ICC must represent the transaction in the first quarter of 2011 for reconsideration. Due to the delay in the transaction requiring the shares in ICC to be actively trading on the JSE, the proposed transaction with Sekunjalo Investments Limited has been cancelled and new terms are being negotiated. ICC shareholders are hereby therefore advised to continue to exercise caution in dealing in the Company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
