Exercise of Warrants and Issue of Equity

Europa Metals, the European focused lead, zinc and silver developer, announces that it has received notices
of exercise in respect of certain pre-existing warrants to subscribe for 166,666,666 new ordinary shares at a
price of 0.0025p per share (ZAR 0.0047 cents per share) (the “Warrant Shares”). In aggregate, the exercise
of these warrants amounts to a cash subscription of approximately £41,667 (ZAR 795,966).

Admission to trading

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the Warrant Shares to trading on
AIM (“Admission”) and to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange for quotation on AltX. It is expected that
admission will become effective and dealings commence on or around 29 October 2019.

Following Admission, the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company will comprise 16,722,209,651
ordinary shares.
