Tunisia's inflation stabilizes at 7.5 pct in August

TUNIS (Reuters) - Tunisia's inflation rate stabilized at 7.5 percent in August, unchanged from July, official data showed on Friday.

Inflation eased to 7.5 percent in July from 7.8 percent in June. In May, Tunisia's central bank raised its key interest rate by 100 basis points to 6.75 percent, the second hike in three months, to tackle inflation.
