South African financial markets open after delay due to technical problems
JOHANNESBURG, Dec 27 (Reuters) - South African financial markets opened at 0900 GMT on Wednesday after the resumption of trading was delayed due to technical issues, exchange operator JSE Ltd. said.

Trading had been due to resume at 0700 GMT after ending at 1100 GMT on Friday. (Editing by Mark Potter)
