South Africa courting Middle East, West African partners for new refinery-official

CAPE TOWN (Reuters) - South Africa is in talks with potential partners in the Middle East and West Africa to build a new refinery, a senior energy official told Reuters on Friday, and Iran could be included.

"At this stage no country is excluded," said Tseliso Maqubela, the acting director general at the ministry of energy, when asked if Iran was among the countries being considered.
