|GAIA Infrastructure Capital Limited ("GAIA") is run by leading investment, engineering and strategy experts and will present investors with a portfolio of infrastructure assets that are operational, present low investment risk and are income generating assets. GAIA has a management agreement with GAIA Infrastructure Partners (Pty) Limited, a company that was incorporated in Cape Town, South Africa, in 2012, by the Founders for the purpose of facilitating the investment of long-term capital in infrastructure projects in Southern Africa.
