RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING


Further to the circular which was posted on 16 March 2018, shareholders of
Oceana (“Shareholders”) are advised that the voting results for the General
Meeting (“GM”) of Oceana held at 10h00 today were as follows:

Based on the above results, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite
majority of Shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the GM.

The Proposed Arrangement remains subject to the fulfilment, or waiver (if
applicable), of a number of conditions precedent. Shareholders will be
advised once all the remaining conditions precedent to the Proposed
Arrangement have been fulfilled.
