ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of Oceana (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcement released on the Stock
Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of the JSE Limited on Friday, 16 March 2018 and published in the
press on Monday, 19 March 2018 in relation to the proposed arrangement between Daybrook Fisheries
Inc. and Makimry Patronus LLC (“Makimry”), a U.S. company majority owned and controlled by Mr
Francois Kuttel (“16 March Announcement”).
Further to the salient dates and times of the general meeting of Shareholders (“General Meeting”) set
out in the 16 March Announcement, Shareholders are advised that the General Meeting will now
take place at 10:00 on Friday, 13 April 2018 and not at 14:00 as indicated.

Last Day to Trade to participate in and vote at the General Meeting Tuesday, 3 April
Voting Record Date to participate in and vote at the General Meeting Friday, 6 April
