AVAILABILITY OF THE INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2018

Shareholders are referred to the consolidated preliminary financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018
("financials") which were published on SENS and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange ("LuxSE") website on 7
September 2018 and are advised that there have been no changes to the financials and that they are available on the
company's website: http://www.masrei.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/Consolidated-Preliminary-Financial-
Statements-30-June-2018-1.pdf

Shareholders are further advised that the integrated annual report, containing the audited annual financial statements
for the year ended 30 June 2018 is anticipated to be published on or about 29 October 2018 and a further
announcement will be released on publication.

MAS is listed on the Main Board of the JSE and is listed and admitted to trading on the Euro MTF market of the
LuxSE.
