Further to the above, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company is still awaiting registration of the Special Resolutions by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”). As a result of this delay, the salient dates and times applicable to the Change of Name and the Adoption of MOI, as set out in the notice of annual general meeting, are no longer applicable. A further announcement, setting out a revised timetable, will be made as soon as the Special Resolutions have been registered with the CIPC.
